IOS-MCN Agartala v0.1.0 (1850 x 600 px) (1850 x 500 px)

IOS-MCN Agartala v0.1.0 release is the first public release of IOS-MCN Project. It provides an end to end open source private 5G platform comprising RAN, CORE and SMO.

The Main Components

Aggregation and Standardization

Breaking data silos to enable sharing of public and privately owned data. Converting collected data into understandable format and usable information

Generating insights from large set of data for creating new applications/services

RAN (5G Radio Access Network)

Provides a distributed 5G RAN (CU, DU) tested with COTS UEs, O-RUs and IOS-MCN CORE / SMO for data calls

CORE (5G Core Network)

IOS-MCN CORE provides disaggregated 5G Core network components. It is tested for basic features and capacity.

SMO (Service Management and Orchestration)

Provides Orchestration and Management (OAM) components which help to monitor and manage 5G deployments

IOS-MCN Agartala v0.1.0 integrates IOS-MCN RAN, CORE and SMO releases to provide an end to end 5G platform. Though each of these components are tested and integrated together for the platform, users can deploy them independently along with user components for building custom 5G solutions.
